Photography Tour in Yangshuo and Longsheng: 7 Days
Day 1- Before starting the photography tour, we'll meet you in the airport and take you to the hotel in Guilin. We can go to the four lakes and take some night shots. You can stay the night in a Guilin hotel. Day 2- We値l rise early and then we値l drive you to
Yangdi village.
We値l take some photos of
Langshi village.
We値l then climb to the top of a nearby peak which affords some great views and some excellent photo opportunities looking out across the
Li River.
We値l have lunch in a farmhouse restaurant in the Langshi village. At around 5pm we will take a fishing boat along the Li River to take photos at sunset. We値l stay the night in the ancient town of
Xingping. 
Left: The Li River. Right: Ladies from the Miao Ethnic Minority.Day 3- We値l get up early at 4 am and take a fishing boat to the most beautiful part of the Li River. We will be accompanied by cormorant fishermen. We値l head to some of the famous spots for taking photos such as Huang Bu shoal and Nine Horse Mural Hill. We can take photos at sunrise of the cormorant fishing on the Li River, overlooked by some spectacular karst peaks. This is a real highlight of the photography tour. We値l head back to Xingping and take some photos in the ancient town and the local market. We値l then drive you to Yangshuo town, which will take around 40 minutes. You can stay the night there. Day 4- We値l drive you out into the countryside around Yangshuo. The area along the Yulong River provides some of the best scenery in the area. The karst mountains and the rural setting are truly beautiful. We will recommend good spots for photography and we can also stop the car if you decide to take photos at a particular location. We値l then move on to Moon Hill. We値l climb to the top and take some photos at sunset. We値l head back and stay in Yangshuo. Day 5- We値l rise early and continue the photography tour by heading to Yangshuo Bridge to take some photos from the bridge as the sun rises. We can get good shots of Zhuobi Peak and Green Lotus Hill. Then after breakfast, we値l drive you to Longsheng Rice terraces. This area is also famous for its rich cultural diversity of ethnic minorities. On the way there, we値l stop at two ancient bridges that cross the Yulong River. We値l arrive at the terrace fields at around 4pm, in good time to hike up to Ping An village where we take photos of the sun setting over the terrace fields. We値l stay the night in a guesthouse in the village. Day 6- We値l meet together after breakfast and hike from Ping An village to Jingken terrace fields. It値l take 4-5 hours to get there. On the way, you see some spectacular views looking out across the terraces. We will stop at several different view points and we値l also pass through several villages of the ethnic minorities. We値l stay the night at a guesthouse in Jinken. Day 7- We値l get up early and head to the top of Jinken Mountain. We値l arrive at the top to see the sunrise. We will also meet some ladies from the
Yao ethnic minority
who will pose for us and show their famous long hair. We値l drive back to Guilin city or to the airport which will take around 2 and a half hours. You can then be transferred to your next travel destination.
