The Yangshuo River View Hotel

The Yangshuo River View Hotel is small, comfortable and homely with eleven rooms in total. All rooms are equipped with a TV, air conditioner, telephone, hot water and western style toilets.

Six rooms in the hotel look out at the Li River. Each of these rooms has a wide balcony where you can sit and view the Li River. Free Internet service is available at the hall. The hotel restaurant provides you with delicious Chinese and western meal as well as alcoholic and non-alcohic drinks.

The hotel is also near West Street which is the main shopping street in Yangsho. It's interesting to note the cultural setting of the hotel. The former residence of the modern Chinese master of fine art- Xu Beihong, is situated right behind the hotel. In addition, the square where Sun Yat-Sen used to make speeches is also close by.

There is also a local community centre where locals dance in the evenings and do tai chi in the mornings.
